These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us. Please review them carefully before making a purchase from our website.

1. Orders and Payments

• By submitting an order, you enter into a binding agreement to purchase the selected goods.

• Payments are processed securely at the time you place your order.

• On the rare occasion that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

• To complete your order, you must provide your full name, billing address, delivery address (if different), email address, and telephone number.

• All transactions are conducted exclusively in English, and all prices are listed in GBP (£).

2. Pricing and Product Variations

• We reserve the right to alter product prices up or down at any time without prior notice due to external market factors beyond our control.

• Our items are crafted from natural materials. As a result, they may feature minor unique imperfections, unlike mass-produced, synthetic factory goods. Please take this into consideration when making a purchase.

• All dimensions and measurements provided are approximate and may vary slightly between individual pieces.

• We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, the exact shades you see may vary depending on your monitor settings and screen display. Additionally, because natural yarn absorbs dye uniquely, slight color variations can occur between, and within, items.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are approximations. Once a package leaves our warehouse, shipping transit times are outside of our control. Consequently, we cannot be held liable for postal delays, though we will always do everything we can to help track your shipment.

4. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hey@ziggyandsimon.co.uk.

• If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue an immediate refund.

• If the item has already left our warehouse, please allow the delivery to arrive and then return it to the address listed below. We will issue your refund upon receiving the goods, provided they are in their original, resalable condition.

• For any orders cancelled after shipment, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please note that original outbound shipping charges are also non-refundable.
