Our orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 5 working days of being placed, though processing may take slightly longer during peak seasons. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns
You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return any unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure the products are well-protected and arrive back to us safely in a resalable condition, as looking after them is your responsibility. Before sending anything back, please drop us an email at hey@ziggyandsimon.co.uk to let us know.
