To best care for your items, we recommend a gentle spot clean or a cool hand wash. For tougher stains on runners and cushions, dry cleaning is also an option. Always reshape while damp and lay flat to dry.

It’s our signature 100% natural wool, specifically chosen for its heritage feel and super-soft, tactile finish.
Derived from non-mulesed sources in Australia, New Zealand, and South America, where the warmer climate creates a super-soft hand-feel, and from yarn suppliers whose dyeware conforms to European REACH standards. It’s biodegradable, kind to the planet, and built to last.
And it’s low impact - because wool is naturally stain resistant and antibacterial, it can be hand-washed less frequently and at lower temperatures.

Pilling is a natural characteristic of high-quality wool and usually happens in areas of high friction. You can gently remove any tiny bobbles with a wool comb to keep your pieces looking brand new.

We aim to prep and pack your order from our Saltaire studio within 2-5 business days. We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48, so your parcel should be with you within 2 business days of dispatch. Keep an eye out for your tracking link as soon as it's on its way!
